Terms of Use
By downloading or using Savelope ("the app"), you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Mihails Kuznecovs ("the developer").
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Savelope is also covered by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.
Savelope Premium
The app is free to download and includes the classic challenge at no cost. Savelope Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks unlimited challenges, the analytics section, custom colour themes, envelope notes and alternate app icons.
- Subscriptions are offered on weekly, monthly, yearly and lifetime terms. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are governed by Apple's policies. The developer cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests can be made through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
Challenges, notes and themes you create are yours. They are stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your own iCloud account. The developer claims no ownership over them.
Acceptable use
Please do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, resell or redistribute it, or use it to break any law.
Not financial advice
Savelope is a savings tracker and motivational tool. It does not provide financial, investment or tax advice, and it does not connect to or move money in any bank account. Amounts shown in the app reflect only what you record yourself. Decisions about your money remain yours.
Availability and changes
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The developer may update, change or discontinue features at any time, and is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
